At Classic Air Force we are able to mix the ambiance of any occasion with the spirit of the UK’s rich aviation history. Whatever your event, enjoy our surroundings with over 30 iconic and rare aircraft, some being the finest models of their kind in the world.
Being a truly unique venue located in the heart of Cornwall, we will deliver a memorable event offering flexible space and a blank canvas for any occasion. Whether you need a meeting room for two, an intimate party for six, to an exhibition venue for 500, we can accommodate all your needs - whatever they may be.
The flexibility of both our space and our events team allows us to be able to host a wide variety of events compared with other venues. Our 60,000 square foot hangar is the perfect place for product launches, exhibitions and much more. We can accommodate everything from catwalk and fashion shows built with a backdrop of a Douglas DC-3 aircraft, award ceremonies, live concerts and military parades, to small meeting rooms, children’s parties and wedding groups.
Space is available at a room charge or alternatively we offer a range of tailored day delegate packages to suit your needs and budget. We offer full catering facilities, including tea and coffee with bacon rolls served on arrival, finger food lunch and a scrumptious Cornish clotted cream afternoon tea.
Meetings and Corporate Events

At Classic Air Force, we are able to mix corporate ambiance with the adrenaline of a loop the loop flight or the sophistication of a scenic flight in a vintage aircraft over Cornwall’s coast and countryside.
Imagine a morning of a productive business meeting followed by a delicious lunch and a team building event including a flight simulator to test your team’s abilities to follow procedures.
Run a training course and blow your team’s cobwebs away with some of the other team building activities we can tailor make to suit your needs.
Our board rooms can be used for a quiet formal setting for appraisals.
Dinners and Receptions
We cater for formal or casual dinners and receptions, whether you are entertaining for business or pleasure.
Surrounded by rare and iconic aircraft, Classic Air Force is an amazing venue for that ‘something special’ for a business party or reception.
Private Parties
Children’s parties, birthday parties, surprise parties . . . . . the list is endless! We cater for all of them and they can all be themed to your own personal choice. You will work with your own party planner in our events team to ensure your day is perfect.
For children’s parties, you can choose from our themed packages, which are Aviators or Cloud 9. You can either have one of our party planners run the event for you, or if you prefer, you can run the event yourself.
If you would prefer to run the event yourself, we will provide you with all you need, and will tailor the games and gifts we offer depending on the ages of the children participating. All our children’s parties are a fun packed 2 hours within our hangar and will include:

• Free model aircraft
• Party stickers
• Craft activities
We are also able to provide hot and cold birthday lunch boxes.

The very size of our museum and all weather facility offers so many options for your big day. Champagne flights for the newlyweds in a deHavilland Dragon Rapide to your evening venue in our hangar with the spectacular backdrop of our collection of vintage aircraft.
